Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from performing after she received her Pro card to complete the college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she came in third. The summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. Warming up is usually done before the workout. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
